How Wesley’s Landscape Simplified Weekly Sales Reporting

A weekly sales report that builds itself, and a few hours back for the person who used to build it by hand.

In commercial landscaping, everyone wears many hats. At Wesley’s Landscape & Lawncare, Gregg Pulley, Director of Business Development, spends his time helping the sales team succeed, building customer relationships, and keeping growth on track. But one recurring task kept eating into that time: preparing the team’s weekly sales reporting.

“I was spending hours every week pulling reports out of Aspire and rebuilding them in Excel, just so I could see how the team was tracking,” Gregg says.

The biggest change wasn’t the data itself. It was turning a process that used to require hours of preparation into something the team can review in a few minutes.

For Gregg, that’s several hours back every week to focus on coaching, customers, and business development instead of spreadsheets. And for the sales team, it’s an easier way to stay connected to the numbers that matter.
