BomData was created after seeing the same pattern repeat across commercial landscaping organizations: the data existed in Aspire, but it wasn’t driving better decisions. Teams were buried in reports, leaders were relying on gut feel, and margin erosion showed up too late to fix.
We believe margin is built through small, consistent course corrections. Not quarterly reviews or complex dashboards.
We built BomData to solve that gap. Not with more dashboards, but with focus, surfacing the few metrics that matter most each week across operations and sales, and making them visible to the people who can actually act.

Melissa brings an operator’s mindset to BomData, shaped by more than 15 years building and scaling technology businesses across multiple industries. While her background spans procurement, marketing, sales, healthcare, and the green industry, she’s seen the same pattern everywhere: businesses perform better when teams are aligned around clear goals, trusted data, and simple rhythms.
She’s worn nearly every hat inside a company, from product and go-to-market to customer success, giving her a practical understanding of how decisions in one area affect the rest of the business. At BomData, Melissa works closely with customers and the product team, often directly in onboarding, feedback, and iteration, to ensure the platform stays focused on real adoption, not theoretical value.
